We are forming a team of 10—12 volunteers to cook and serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches to the poor and the homeless in front of St. Aloysius Church in downtown Detroit.

About the event
We are forming a team of 10—12 volunteers to cook and serve hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches to the poor and the homeless in front of St. Aloysius Church in downtown Detroit.
Volunteers needed:
10 - 12 volunteers to cook and serve at St. Aloysius on April 15 from 7:00am - noon.
Sandwich makers on Friday April 14 at 7:00pm to make 200 PB&J sandwiches (please bring a bead, peanut butter and jelly to this activity).
Drivers that can help us transport the food items from St. Mary to St. Aloysius church Saturday morning. We plan to meet at 6:00am to load vehicles so we can be there by 7:00am.

Food Donations needed:
200 frozen 1/4 lb. hamburger patties & buns
200 all beef hot dogs & buns,
Chips
Water
100 oranges
200 meat sandwiches
100 PB&J.
Please sign up now at stmaryroyaloak.com/bbq to donate the meat and produce needed for our semi-annual Street BBQ at St. Aloysius church in downtown Detroit. Drop off food items at parish office between April 10 and April 13.
