About the event
Women and girls ages 14 and up are invited to join us for a meditative and rejuvenating evening of SoulCore exercise. The workout involves a combination of core-strengthening and light functional exercises that are completed on a floor mat while praying the rosary. There is no cost for this event, but participants must register in advance.
Dress in comfortable workout attire. Bring an exercise mate and a water bottle. Participants are also welcome to bring optional 1 or 2 pound weights.
