About the event
Women and girls ages 14 and up are invited to join us for a meditative and rejuvenating evening of SoulCore exercise hosted by the Women's Club. The workout involves a combination of core-strengthening, stretching and light functional exercises that are completed on a floor mat while praying the Rosary. There is no cost for this event, but participants must register in advance.

Dress in comfortable workout attire. Bring an exercise mat and a water bottle. We will meet in the Fellowship Center.
